Traditional civilian- oriented thought contains some characteristics,such as the rationalization of survival and development,simplicity of respect for the natural law and long- cherished wish to pursuit an ideal society.There exists compatibility of traditional agricultural culture embodying farming importance,benevolent thought for the people and modem people’s livelihood thought,which is suggestive to exploration of people’s livelihood view based on constructing a modem society with sustainable development,ecology and rule of law.
