职教师资本科专业“2+2”人才培养模式研究与实践

Study & Practice on the "2+2" Personnel Training Mode of Undergraduate Specialty for Vocational Education Teachers

针对职教师资本科课程设置及学生能力培养中存在的问题,文章提出改革和优化专业的人才培养模式、课程体系和教学内容,对学历证书教育、学位证书教育和专业技能教育、教育教学能力培养一体化的'2+2'人才培养模式进行探索。

Aimed at the problems existing in undergraduate programs and ability cultivation of the undergraduate specialty for vocational education teachers,this paper presents the reformation and optimization of personnel training mode,course system and teaching contents,exploring the "2 +2" training mode of integration of academic certificate education,degree certificate education,professional skills education and pedagogic ability training.
