Preliminary Study on Open University Students’ Management

科学地创新开放大学的学生管理模式,需要深入分析学习者具有的知识、技能、态度,从学习者的认知结构、特定的知识和能力基础特征、学习动机和所学内容等维度进行策划。在规章制度的建设上注重管理理念的创新的同时,也要做到在对学习者充分分析的基础上去构建管理环境,针对学习者的特点完善学生管理运行机制,从而保证学生管理工作的正常开展。

To carry out scientific innovations in students’ management in open universities,planning shall be done with respect to deep analyses of learners’ knowledge,skills,attitudes,cognitive structures,basic features of specific knowledge and ability,learning motivations and learning contents.Importance shall be attached to management idea innovation in the construction of rules and regulations.The management environment shall be established on the basis of full analysis of learners so as to improve students’ management operating system in accordance with learners’ characteristics and guarantee the smooth operation of students’ management.
