Researches on the Evaluation of Scientific & Technological Innovation Ability for Researching Institutes in Guizhou

选取贵州省科研院所科技创新能力建设相关指标并采集2007-2011年相应数据,采用层次分析法,分析评价体系中各指标的联系,计算出各指标的权重,进而构建出合理有效的贵州省科研院所创新能力建设指标体系,并对部分贵州省科研院所的数据进行应用后得到评价结果。

The indicators related to the scientific and technological innovation ability for researching institutes in Cuizhou province have been selected,and corresponding data collected from 2007 to 2011.By means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the relevance of the indicators in this evaluation system has been studied,and the weight of each indicator has been calculated.Then a reasonable and effective evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability for researching institutes in Cuizhou has been established.Meanwhile,some data of the researching institutes in Cuizhou has been applied with the said system and some evaluation results have been achieved.
