摘要
分层教学引入中职学校多年,其有效性得到验证,但在实施的过程中,特别是课堂教学中出现了诸多问题。文章以一次分层教学的公开课为例,从合作学习、课堂教法、教师话语和分层学习四个方面分析了隐性分层教学的教学实践。
Multi-level Teaching has been implemented in vocational schools for years and its effectiveness has been justified;however,a number of problems have been found during the implementation of multi-level teaching,especially in English classes.This paper takes a demonstration lesson by means of multi-level teaching as an example and analyses the teaching practice of covertly multi-level teaching in the following four aspects;cooperative learning,teaching methods,teacher’s remark and multi-level learning.
