对武汉开放大学建设的几点思考

Reflections on the Construction of Wuhan Open University

开放大学是新型的大学,它以现代信息技术为支撑,基于网络开展教育教学活动,开放大学的建设就是要以学习者的学习为中心,实现人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学的学习理想,实现社会成员共享,促进教育公平。文章通过探索武汉开放大学的建设,提出武汉开放大学应利用好电大在线平台、终身学习网平台、国家数字化学习平台三个平台,服务好开放教育、高职教育、社区教育三种教育,建设好物联网、数控和光电子三类专业,以期为构建灵活开放的终身教育体系作出应有的贡献。

Open University is a new type of university,which is supported by modern information technology and network to carry out teaching activities.Open University construction is co- shared,equitable and learner- oriented for the learning of anyone at any time anywhere.By exploring the construction of Wuhan Open University,the author of this thesis suggests not only giving the tree platforms a full play:TV University Online Platform,Lifelong Learning Network Platform and National Digital Learning Platform to serve for open education,vocational education and community education,but also building well three kinds of majors such as IOT,numerical control and photoelectron,hoping to making due contributions to the building of a flexible lifelong education system.
