With introduction to the development characteristics of vocational colleges of Guizhou Province and status quo of their libraries,the author of this thesis points out the necessities of library service innovations,analyzes the countermeasures and strategies and puts forward his personal ideas of establishing long-term effective mechanisms in library service innovations.
