Analyses of Comprehensive Quality Evaluation System for Higher Vocational College Students

高职学生综合素质评价是高职学院学籍管理中一项重要而复杂的工作,是提高教育管理水平,激励、引导学生全面发展的重要措施。了解高职学生综合素质评价体系的现状,找到存在的问题,提出解决问题的思路显得非常重要而迫切。文章通过分析建立高职学生综合素质体系的重要性,查找目前综合素质评价中存在的问题,提出了构建综合素质体系的原则,希望以此对高职学院学生综合素质评价体系的建立与完善提供一些参考。

Comprehensive quality evaluation for vocational students is important and complex work in students’ status management,as well as an important measure to raise management level,motivate and guide the comprehensive development of students.It is much crucial to understand the status quo of the current comprehensive evaluation system,find out the existing problems and figure out the train of thought for solving these problems.By means of analyzing the importance of establishing the said system and the existing problems,the author of this thesis has put forward the principles of construction,intending to provide some references for the establishment and perfection of the system mentioned.
