技能大赛对高职技能型人才培养的启示

Inspirations of Skill Competition for Vocational Talents Cultivation

职业技能大赛的举办是对高职专业课程教学效果的检验,同时对高职技能型人才的培养也有积极的促进作用。文章通过对贵州省近年职业技能大赛测绘测量项目的分析,结合自身的教学体验,对高职院校技能型人才培养提出了一些思考和建议,包括塑造专业技能、训练心理素质、树立团队意识、提高学习能力以及改进教学方法等。

Skill Competition is to test the course teaching efficiency in vocational colleges,while pushing the development of vocational talents.Based on some analyses of the surveying and mapping skill competition of Guizhou in recent years,along with his personal teaching experience,the author of this thesis has tried to put forward some ideas and suggestions with regard to talents cultivation in vocational colleges,such as cultivating professional skills,psychological training,group spirit training and improving teaching methods and learning capability,etc.
