刍议贵州电大现代远程教育教学资源库的建设

On the Construction of Teaching Resources Database of Modern Distance Education at Guizhou TVU

开发基于网络的多媒体课程和学科资源库建设是现代远程教育工程的一项核心内容,对处于关键转型期的贵州电大而言尤为重要。文章在分析贵州电大教学资源库现状的基础上,重点阐述了数字化、精品化教学资源库的建设内容及步骤,提出了新的建设理念及合理的实施方案。首先是完成对现有资源的更新和升级,其次是对重点专业的精品资源补充完善,最后是搭建全民终身学习型社会教学资源平台。建设完成的教学资源库将做到容量大、质量高、覆盖面广,为自主学习、终身学习提供专业化的优质服务。

Development of network multimedia courses and subject database construction is one of the core content of the modern distance education project,which is particularly important in the key transformation period of Guizhou Radio & TV University.Based on the analyses of the present situation of Guizhou TV University teaching resource library,authors of this thesis expound the construction content of the digital and fine teaching resource library and steps while proposing the concept of construction and reasonable implementation schemes.The first is to update and upgrade the existing resources;then to complement and perfect the key majors boutique resources;the final is to build a social teaching resources platform for life-long learning.The said teaching resources library,with large capacity,high quality,wide coverage,for self-directed learning,will provide professional services for life-long learning.
