摘要
根据凸轮从动件边界条件,利用Matlab M文件编程求解凸轮方程组,得到了凸轮廓线的高精度坐标点,通过NX软件的样条功能生成凸轮封闭轮廓曲线,拉伸为三维凸轮实体,建立了平底从动件凸轮机构,进行了机构的运动学仿真分析。分析结果可知,Matlab与NX软件相结合,为凸轮设计提供了一种简单、有效、准确的方法。
According to the boundary conditions of the CAM follower to solve the CAM equations using Matlab M programming,high- precision coordinate point of the profile of CAM is achieved and spline function of NX software CAM closed contour curve is generated,stretching for 3D CAM entity.Flat- bottomed follower CAM mechanism established by means of kinematics simulation analysis,the analysis results,it can be said that Matlab with NX CAM design method is simple and effective.
