贵州民族地区现代远程教育学员思想政治工作探析

Analyses of Students' Ideological & Political Work through Modern Distance Education in Guizhou Minority Areas

现代远程教育已进入蓬勃发展的时期,成为贵州省民族地区实现教育机会均等和教育民主化原则的有效途径之一。对少数民族学员进行远程思想政治教育,引导他们提升思想政治水平,树立科学的人生观、世界观和价值观,是贵州远程教育政治思想工作者面临的一个重要课题。文章在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,从贵州民族地区现代远程开放教育思想政治工作的现状分析入手,提出了贵州民族地区现代远程教育学生思想政治工作的自主化原则、个体化原则、民主化原则,从转变思想政治教育观念、构建思想政治工作环境、革新思想政治工作内涵、加强思想政治工作队伍建设等四个方面提出了贵州民族地区现代远程教育思想政治工作的有效途径。

Modern distance education has entered a period of vigorous development,and has become one of the effective ways to realize the equality of educational opportunity and the democratic principle of education in minority areas in Guizhou province. It is an important task for the political and ideological workers in Guizhou's distance education to guide students to upgrade their ideological and political level,establish a scientific outlook on life,world outlook and values,through ideological and political education. On the basis of the existing research results,this paper,from the analysis of the opening ideological and political work through distance education in Guizhou minority area,brings out the principles of autonomation,individualization and democratization therein,and then the effective approaches from four aspects: converting the education thought,establishing the working environment,renewing the working content,enhancing team building,in regard to ideological and political work in Guizhou minority area.
