贵州省高校学报数字化现状探析与思考

Status Quo Analyses & Reflections on Digitized Journals in Guizhou Province Based on Website Surveys

课题组在互联网上使用搜索引擎,从学报网站建设、出版周期和国际化程度三个方面对贵州省29种高校学报的数字化情况进行了全面调研。调研发现,贵州省高校学报数字化建设虽然已初具规模,但是还是存在一些问题,突出体现在三个方面:一是只有89.7%的学报建立网站,这些网站还存在很多不足;二是学报出版周期长;三是学报国际化程度较低。高校学报办刊人要积极转变办刊理念,关注数字化技术的进步与变化,充分发挥网络传播的技术优势,推动学报的繁荣发展。

By means of online searching engines to conduct a comprehensive survey of 29 university or college journals in terms of website construction,publication period and internationalization degrees,authors have found that although digital construction of university or college journals in Guizhou has begun to take shape,some problems exist in three aspects as follow: only 89. 7% journals owning journal website with some inferiority; long journal publication period; and low internationalization degrees. Editors of University journals should positively transform their ideas,pay close attention to the progress and changes in digital technology,and give full play to network transmission technology to push forward the prosperity and development of journals.
