摘要
随着高等护理专业教学改革的深入发展,实施护理专业素质教育与非专业素质教育同步推进,将职业道德、心理关怀、美学涵养等非专业素质教育应用于教学活动中,可提升护理专业学生综合素质和社会适应能力,促进护理专业教学质量提升及改革进程。
Along with the further reforms of higher nursing profession,professional quality training needs to be enhanced synchronously with non-professional quality training such as professional ethics,mental care,education of aesthetics and etc. to improve nursing students' comprehensive qualities and social adaptation for nursing teaching quality promotion and reform upgrading.
