摘要
文章结合2016年4月教育部颁布实施的《职业学校学生实习管理规定》,对现在高职教育中备受关注的学生在顶岗实习过程中发生实习事故时高职学校应承担的相应责任,以及对该责任如何通过第三方进行分散等问题进行分析,提出了建设性的意见,以使高职学校更好地应对顶岗实习中责任事故。
Based on the Vocational School students Internship Management Regulation issued by the Ministry of Education in April 2016,the author of this thesis has conducted some analyses of the liability of internship students accidents of vocational schools,as well as the dispersion and other issues through a third party,and put forward constructive suggestions to deal with vocational school internship accidents.
