摘要
文章对基于六网融通模式的国家开放大学2015年秋"人体生理学"课程网络教学团队建设实践进行探索。主要探讨了五个方面的内容:第一,网络教学团队建设过程中的团队设计,包括组织结构设计、团队工作目标设计;第二,团队教学工作;第三,团队工作制度;第四,团队工作流程,按照准备阶段、启动阶段、运行阶段和结束阶段开展网络教学;第五,跨区域网络条件下的个性化教学模式,即以QQ群协作导学模式为主,"现场调研+导学"和"一对一"约学辅导为辅的教学方式。除此之外,文章还对团队运行过程中存在的问题及困惑进行了思考。
The authors of this thesis have conducted exploration into the practice of constructing the e-teaching team of the course Human Physiology 2015 fall in the Open University of China based on 'six types of e-student support',discussing i) e-teaching team design,including organization and goal design. ii) team teaching works. iii) team working discipline.iv) team working process,following preparation,initialization,running and conclusion stages in the progress of teaching.v) personalized teaching model under cross-regional condition,which focuses on QQ community guidance with site investigation + guidance and one-on-one ar-ranged tutoring as auxiliary methods. Problems and confusions during team operation are also committed in the thesis.
