摘要
为合理分配教育资源,提升开放教育教学管理水平,调查组利用问卷及李克特(Likert)测量尺度5点测量法,以2012—2014级开放护理本科专业学生为对象,对学校教学设备、课程设置、教学组织及教师授课能力等教学管理资源的满意度进行了调查分析,发现学生对学校教学资源感知的整体满意度中等偏上,有护理职业经历的学生比无护理职业经历的学生满意度低,且随着护理年限及入学年限的增加,满意度稍有降低。作为护理专业的教育工作者,应根据学生对教学资源感知的不同特点采取不同的对策。
For the rational allocating of educational resources,upgrading the teaching management level of open education,this survey group,by means of questionnaire and Likert 's scale-5 point measurement,conducts a survey and analysis on the undergraduate students in grades of 2012-2014 majoring in open nur-sing with regard to the satisfaction level of teaching resources,such as teaching equipment,curriculum arrangement,teaching organization and teaching ability of teachers. This survey shows that the overall satisfaction of students' perception is moderate,while the students with nursing professional experience have lower satisfaction than those without nursing professional experience,and the satisfaction level decreases with the increase of their working experience and enrollment years; hence,different countermeasures should be taken according to the different characteristics and grades of students.
