高职教师赴企业实践存在的问题及解决措施探讨

Researches on Problems Existing in Teachers' Enterprise Practice & Counter-measures

高职教育的特殊性要求高职院校教师应具有较高的实践技能。教师赴企业工作实践是提高实践技能的有效途径,对教师素质结构的优化、教学模式的改进、教学效果的提升有着重要意义。文章根据笔者赴企业实践的亲身经历,对高职教师赴企业实践存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了几点措施以促进教师能够有效完成企业实践。

As is known,teachers in higher vocational colleges are required to have higher practical skills,and it is an efficient approach for them to improving the skills by means of working in enterprises which also has a great significance in optimizing teachers' personal qualities,enhancing teaching models,as well as improving teaching results. In this thesis,based on his personal working experience in enterprises,the author analyzes problems existing in teachers' practice in enterprises. Besides,the author comes up with some measures to improve teachers' practice in enterprises.
