党的十八届四中全会开启依法治国的新篇章,为中国的法治道路提供方向和制度上的指引。"法治"作为现代社会治国理政的最佳方式,具有优于人治的一系列特征,其不仅关系着国家、社会的发展进步,更关乎广大百姓的利益福祉。从建国初至今,中国法治建设曾经历曲折的历史进程,但随着我国法治的稳步推进,中国正在从一个法律国家向法治国家转变。作为社会主义法治核心的依法治国,其在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的征程中正发挥着至关重要的作用。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th Communist Party of China Central Committee opens a new era of the rule by law,laying a solid foundation for the rule by law in China. In terms of modern society governance,the rule by law is superior to the rule by man in many ways. It not only relates to a country's progress,but to the interests of the people. Since the founding of the new country,China's cause of rule by law has experienced many twists and turns; however,China is gradually evolving from a country with laws to a country ruled by law. The rule by law plays a vital role in realizing the great dream of rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
