Reviews and Reflections on the Legislative Process of Special Regulations in Ethnic Minority Autonomous Regions of Guizhou

民族区域自治地区法制建设的完善,为民族区域自治地方社会、经济、文化全面协调发展提供动力,也符合全面依法治国的时代号召。文章通过统计1986年至今三十年来贵州民族区域自治地方单行条例的立法项目,以十年为一个节点回顾单行条例的立法进程,总结贵州民族区域自治地方单行条例的成长经验,反思发展过程中的不足,并提出相应的完善建议。

The rule of law in ethnic minority autonomous region can provide impetus for the coordinated development of society,economy and culture. The article,through the censuses of legislation of Guizhou minority autonomous area specific regulations for nearly 30 years in Guizhou,summarizes the growth experience of separate regulations in Guizhou ethnic autonomous region with every 10 years as a timeline to reflect on the defects in the process of development and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
