贵州高职院校校企合作的问题与对策探析

Analyses of Problems & Countermeasures of School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges in Guizhou

十九大报告中指出,优先发展教育事业,完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作。校企合作已经成为高职教育持续发展的重要途径。要适应当前我国经济供给侧改革的背景,校企合作是贵州高职服务地方经济的必然选择。文章在新时代背景下,探讨校企合作的意义,找出贵州高职校企合作过程中存在的问题,并就问题提出对策。

According to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,priority should be given to developing education,improving education and training system,and deepening the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation. It can be said that school-enterprise cooperation has become an important way for higher vocational colleges to accelerate development and adapt to the background of current supply-side reform of China’s economy. School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to serve local economy. In the new era,this paper clarifies the significance of school-enterprise cooperation,finds out the existing problems in school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the countermeasures for school-enterprise cooperation.
