开放教育教务管理工作中,收集汇总出规范、准确的开课表是保证开放教育教学活动正常开展的一个重要环节。通过分析开课表收集汇总过程中容易出现的编码不规范、格式不统一、内容提交错误等问题,提出具体有效的解决办法,以提高开放教育教务管理工作效率。

In open educational administration,collecting and summarizing standardized and accurate curricula schedule is an important link to ensure the normal running of teaching activities in open education. Through analyses of problems such as non-standard coding,format non-uniformity,content submission errors and other issues which are easy to occur in the process of schedule collecting and summarizing,this paper puts forward specific and effective solutions to improve the efficiency of open education educational administration.
