This paper introduces the application of virtual reader cards in library,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the application of the virtual reader card in Guizhou libraries;then explores into the feasibility of Guizhou libraries to popularize the application of virtual reader cards. Through the popularization and application of virtual reader cards,it will promote the transformation of Guizhou libraries,enhance the service level of libraries and serve readers better.
