新时代需要继续坚持和加强党对高等教育事业的领导。当前高校教师党支部存在着思想涣散,不重视党建,党建脱离中心工作,绩效考评机制不健全,部分党支部书记履职能力不强,组织生活缺乏活力,党支部弱化、虚化、边缘化等一系列问题。对此,需要有针对性地从思想意识,高校领导体制及党政协作机制,党建绩效考评办法等方面入手,实施党支部标准化建设,健全组织制度,规范组织生活。同时,需要紧扣时代发展脉搏,用互联网思维推进"互联网+党建",尤其是微加智慧党建云平台建设,不断开拓党建新路径,丰富党建新内容,激发党建新活力。

In the new era,there is a need to continue to uphold and strengthen the leadership of the Party at colleges and universities. For teachers’ Party Branch of CCP,there are a series of problems such as insufficient attention,flawed assessment methods,weak working ability of Party branch secretary,and lack of vitality. In this regard,it is necessary to start from the aspects of ideology,university leadership system and partyadministration cooperation mechanism,performance appraisal methods and other aspects to implement standardized management and to improve organizational system and standardize organizational activities. In addition,there is also a need to use the Internet thinking to promote 'the Internet + Party building',especially to strengthen the construction of the Smart 'Party building'cloud platform with WeChat,to constantly open up new paths,enrich new contents,and stimulate new vitality of party building.
