摘要
目的:探讨不同病房管理模式下精神分裂症患者生命质量及其影响因素。方法:采用健康状况调查问卷SF-36调查114例精神分裂症患者生命质量,其中64例为开放式管理,50例为封闭式管理。结果:开放式管理病房患者在SF-36的8个领域的得分均高于封闭式管理病房患者(P<0.05),逐步回归分析显示精神分裂症生命质量影响因素与病房管理模式、重大事件经历、病程、家庭年收入相关。结论:精神分裂症患者的生命质量受多方面的影响,应给予重视,但开放式管理病房精神分裂症患者生命质量明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors among schizophrenic patients in different ward management modes. Methods: The quality of life among 114 schizophrenic patients was investigated using the SF-36 Health Status Questionnaire,of which,64 were in open wards and 50 in closed wards.Results: The scores in 8 domains of SF-36 were higher among patients living in open wards than those in closed wards( P < 0. 05). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the quality of life in schizophrenic patients were mode of ward management,major life events,duration of disease,and family income.Conclusion: The quality of life among schizophrenic patients is affected by multiple factors which should deserve attention. Open ward management mode may significantly result in improved quality of life among schizophrenic patients.
