摘要
目的:分析超声、CT血管造影(CTA)和磁共振血管造影(MRA)检查对脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2015年6月至2017年6月河源市源城区人民医院收治的70例脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床资料,均行超声、CTA和MRA检查,比较3种方法对脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化的检出情况。结果:70例患者实际检出狭窄动脉125处,狭窄率为0~49%、50%~99%分别为66处、59处。超声检查:66例患者检出颈动脉斑块,共115处动脉狭窄,狭窄率0~49%、50%~99%检出率分别为90.91%、93.22%。CTA检查:67例患者检出颈动脉斑块,共119处动脉狭窄,狭窄率0~49%、50%~99%检出率分别为93.94%、96.61%。MRA检查:65例患者检出颈动脉斑块,共113处动脉狭窄,狭窄率0~49%、50%~99%检出率分别为87.88%、93.22%。3种检查方法对狭窄动脉检出率和不同狭窄分级检查率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声、CTA和MRA检查均能有效检出脑卒中颈动脉粥样硬化。
Objective:To determine the diagnostic value of ultrasonography,CT angiography(CTA) and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in carotid atherosclerosis-induced stroke.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with carotid atherosclerosis-induced stroke admitted to Yuancheng District People’s Hospital in Heyuan City between June 2015 and June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent ultrasonography,CTA and MRA,and the detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis-induced stroke was compared between the three methods.Results:A total of 125 stenotic arteries were detected in 70 patients,in which,there were 66 and 59 cases of 0%-49% and 50%-99%stenosis,respectively.By ultrasonography,66 cases of carotid plaque were detected,comprising a total of 115 arterial stenosis lesions,and the detection rates of 0%-49% and 50%-99% stenosis were 90.91%,93.22%,respectively.By CTA,67 cases of carotid plaque were detected,comprising a total of 119 arterial stenosis lesions,and the detection rates of 0%-49% and 50%-99% stenosis were 93.94% and 96.61%,respectively.By MRA,65 cases of carotid plaque were detected,comprising a total of 113 arterial stenosis lesions,and the detection rates of 0%-49% and 50%-99% stenosis were 87.88% and 93.22%,respectively.There were no statistically significant differences in the detection of stenotic arteries and identification of stenosis severity among the three methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonography,CTA and MRA can be as comparably effective in detection of carotid atherosclerosis-induced stroke.
