摘要
目的:研究儿童骨折后血清中25-羟基维生素D的含量与正常非骨折儿童血清中25-羟基维生素D含量变化是否有差异。方法:随机选取我院2014年8月至2017年6月3-15岁骨折患者100例作为实验组,另随机选取3-15岁健康非骨折患100例作为对照,抽取其外周血3 mL,提取血清,采用电化学发光法检测骨折儿童和对照组血清中25-羟基维生素D含量。结果:骨折组血清25-羟基维生素D含量平均水平为25.61 ng/mL,对照组儿童血清25-羟基维生素D3含量平均水平为56.55 ng/mL,可以看出骨折组儿童血清25-羟基维生素D含量明显低于对照组儿童,通过统计学分析其结果,证实其差异存在相关性(P=0.041)。结论:本课题的研究结果表明儿童骨折后血清中25-羟基维生素D含量相对非骨折组水平较低,而且具有统计学意义。对于儿童骨折的治疗是完全有必要给与补充外源性维生素D,加强抗感染治疗,以促进骨折愈合,降低骨折延迟愈合、骨不愈合的发生率。
Objective:To investigate whether there is a difference in the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level between children with and without fractures.Methods:A total of 100 children aged 3-15 years with fractures admitted to our hospital between August 2014 and June 2017 were rando mly included as the study group,and 100 healthy children aged 3-15 years without fractures were included as the control group.The serum was extracted from 3 mL peripheral blood.The serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the fracture group and control group were determined by electrochemiluminescence.Results:The average levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the fracture group and control group was 25.61 ng/mL and 56.55 ng/mL,respectively,indicating that the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in the fracture group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The findings were statistically validated to be of significant difference(P=0.041).Conclusion:The findings of this study indicate that the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in children with fracture is statistically lower than that in those without fracture group.For the treatment of fractures in children,it is necessary to supplement exogenous vitamin D and enhance anti-infective treatment,so as to promote,fracture healing,reduce the incidence of delayed healing and non-healing of fractures.
