摘要
目的:探讨言语-认知功能训练联合听觉统合训练对儿童语言发育迟缓的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2015年2月至2017年2月我院收治的语言发育迟缓患儿共83例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿采用言语-认知功能训练,观察组患儿采用听觉统合训练联合言语-认知功能训练。采用S-S评分、Gesell小儿神经心理发育量表分别对治疗前后患儿疗效、DQ进行评分。结果:治疗前,两组患儿语言DQ、应物DQ、应人DQ、动作DQ和口部运动功能比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿语言DQ、应物DQ、应人DQ、动作DQ和口部运动功能均优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:言语-认知功能训练联合听觉统合训练治疗儿童语言发育迟缓疗效显著,能够促进患儿言语功能恢复,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of speech cognitive function training combined with auditory integration training on language development delay in children.Methods:Review from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital with cerebral palsy language retardation in 83 cases,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with cognitive training speech,the observation group was treated by auditory integration training combined with verbal cognitive function training.According to the S-S score,Gesell pediatric neuropsychological the development scale of children before and after the treatment effect and DQ score.Results:Before treatment,the language DQ,Reactant DQ,Response person DQ,Action DQ and oral motor function of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group children language DQ,Reactant DQ,Response person DQ,Action DQ and oral motor function were better than the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Speech cognitive function training combined with auditory integration training in the treatment of children with language development retardation has significant curative effect,can promote the recovery of speech function in children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
