替米沙坦与贝那普利联合应用对老年高血压患者左心室肥厚的影响

Effect of Telmisartan and Benazepril on left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertensive patients

目的:探讨替米沙坦与贝那普利联合应用对老年高血压患者左心室肥厚的影响。方法:回顾性分析2014年3月到2016年3月收治的100例老年高血压左心室肥厚患者的临床资料。分为实验组(替米沙坦与贝那普利联合应用治疗)和对照组(替米沙坦治疗),每组各50例。对比两组患者动态血压(ABPM)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)、舒张末期左心室后壁厚度(PWI)、舒张末期左心室内经(LVDd)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)。结果:治疗后,两组患者左心室肥厚情况均获得改善,其中实验组ABPM、IVST、PWI、LVDd、LVMI均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦与贝那普利联合治疗老年高血压患者效果显著,可以更好的改善患者的左心室肥厚、高血压情况。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Telmisartan and Benazepril on left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy admitted between March 2014 and March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into the study group(Telmisartan and Benazepril) and control group(Telmisartan),n=50 in each group.The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),end-diastolic interventricular septum thickness(IVST),end-diastolic left ventricular posterior wall thickness(PWI),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),and left ventricular mass index(LVMI) were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the left ventricular hypertrophy was improved in both groups.The ABPM,IVST,PWI,LVDd and LVMI in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Telmisartan and Benazepril in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients is effective,which may better improve left ventricular hypertrophy and hypertension.
