中医针灸对脑出血术后患者神经功能、自理能力及生活质量的影响

Impact of TCM acupuncture on neurological function,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨中医针灸治疗对脑出血患者术后神经功能、自理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年1月在肇庆市广宁县中医院行微创手术的80例脑出血患者,术后根据数字随机表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中医针灸治疗。比较两组神经功能缺损、自理能力、生活质量情况等指标。结果:术后2、4周,观察组NIHSS量表评分,日常生活能力量表评分,社会关系、物质生活、心理状况、生理功能评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:脑出血术后采取中医针灸治疗效果较好。

Objective:To investigate the impacts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupuncture on postoperative neurological function,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Eighty patients with cerebral hemorrhage,who underwent minimally invasive surgery in Guangning County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhaoqing City between May 2017 and January 2019,were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table(n=40 each).The control group received routine treatment,while the study group was additionaly treated with TCM acupuncture.Neurological deficit,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:At 2 and4 weeks postoperatively,the scores of NIHSS scale,Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scale,social relationship,material life,psychological status,and physiological function in the study group were more favorable compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with TCM acupuncture may lead to better therapeutic efficacy.
