rt-PA静脉溶栓联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血小板功能及GPⅥ、CD62P的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨rt-PA静脉溶栓联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血小板功能及GPⅥ、CD62P的影响。方法将176例ACI患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用rt-PA静脉溶栓联合尤瑞克林治疗,对照组采用尤瑞克林治疗,比较两组疗效、血小板功能及GPⅥ、CD62P变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分、CSS评分、血小板黏附率、血小板聚集率、GPⅥ、CD62P荧光强度无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后均下降(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后各指标低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 rt-PA静脉溶栓联合尤瑞克林治疗ACI疗效确切,能够有效降低GPⅥ、CD62P的表达,抑制血小板活化,改善患者神经功能,不良反应率低,具有较好的应用价值。
