摘要 本文根据教师专业发展理念和汉语国际教育学科的特点,对国际汉语教师专业发展的含义进行探究和界定,并在此基础上提出构建以反思模式为主,技艺模式和应用科学模式为辅的,三位一体的国际汉语教师专业发展模式和结构图。同时指出,在此反思模式指导下,国际汉语教师专业发展的具体路径包括:自身专业成长档案袋、反思性教学、微格教学法、行动研究、叙事研究、教师专业学习共同体。 Based on the theory of teacher professional development and the characteristics of the discipline of international Chinese language education,this paper explores and defines the meaning of TCSOL(Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages)professional development,and on this basis puts forward the construction of a three-in-one model of TCSOL professional development,which is mainly based on the Reflective Model,supplemented by the Craft Model and the Applied Science Model.At the same time,it points out that under the guidance of this Reflective Model,the specific paths for the professional development of TCSOL include their own professional growth portfolio,reflective teaching,micro-teaching method,action research,narrative research and teacher professional learning community.
