多维偏好图示分析及其在企业核心能力评价中的应用

The MPA and Its Application on the Evaluation of the Core Competition in a Enterprise

分析评价自身的核心能力是核心能力理论应用于企业战略的基本问题.本文针对现行的企业核心能力分析评价中存在指标体系设计不够全面、评价方法带有主观性和结果解释不清的问题,应用了多维偏好图示分析对企业核心能力进行分析评价,并通过一个具体的实例运算分析,说明该方法的有效性.

The evaluation of the core competition in enterprise is the base of the theory of the core competition.Overcoming the shortage of the methods of the evaluation the core competition in a enterprise at present,this authors apply the principle of the Multidimension Preference Analysis(MPA)to the study on the method in the evealuation of the core competition preference enterprise.A new method has been developed and it is applied in a example,the results show that this method is effective.
