根据兰州市暴雨强度与降雨历时的关系特点,确定了暴雨强度公式的形式,经编制计算机程序利用优选回归分析法寻优确定暴雨强度公式的参数,并推导出兰州市暴雨强度的总公式,经误差分析,以指数分布为基础制定的暴雨总公式要优于P-Ⅲ型分布.因此,在找到好的求解Cs的方法之前,进行指数分布与P-Ⅲ型分布的比较是很有必要的.

According to the character of the rainstorm in LanZhou city, confirmed type of rainstorm intensity formula. Through writing program of the optimum seeking and regression method, calculated parameters of formula and deduced the rainstorm intensity formula. By error analysis, the exponential distribution is prior to the P-Ⅲ pattern distribution. So, it is necessary to compare that the exponential distribution and the P- Ⅲ pattern distribution before finding the best method of solving Cs .
