摘要
液压系统油液污染是造成系统故障的主要原因,文章在分析油液污染物产生原因及其对系统危害的基础上,根据实践经验,提出了液压系统设计、制造、安装、调试和运行时,可采取的控制油液污染措施。
Oil contamination in hydraulic systems is the major cause of system failure. Through analyzing why oil contamination happens and discussing its impacts on the system, based on actual practices, the author puts forward effective measures to control oil contamination when designing, manufacturing, installing, adjusting, testing and operating hydraulic systems.
