摘要
为了发掘大豆脂肪氧合酶缺失种质材料 ,对中国长江流域及其以南地区 14个省 (市 ) 2 11份大豆资源作缺失体种质的筛选以及遗传分析 .结果表明 ,脂肪氧合酶有 4种电泳类型 :L ox1,L ox2 ,L ox3 a和 L ox3 b;中国长江流域及其以南地区大豆资源中有丰富的脂肪氧合酶缺失类型 ,缺失频率为 18.48% ,其中单一缺失类型较丰富 ;L ox1,L ox2和 L ox3分别受显性基因控制 ,缺失体则分别受隐性基因控制 ,控制 L ox1和 L ox2的基因是紧密连锁遗传的 ,连锁强度为 7.77% ,而控制 L ox3的基因则是独立遗传的 .因此 ,在无 (或少 )豆腥味新品种培育和利用上应选育脂肪氧合酶全缺失类型和缺失 L ox1,L
By screening for lipoxygenase null mutants from the 211 soybean germplasm of Yangtze River valley and its south region,and through genetic analysis of the genes for lipoxygenase isoenzyme,the results show that there are four electrophoretic types of the lipoxygenase isozymes in soybean seed.It is affluent in lipoxyge nase null mutants in the soybean germplasm from Yangtze River and its south region,and the absence frequency is 18.48%,and most of the null mutants are single gene absence.Lox1,Lox2 and Lox3 are controlled by the dominant genes respectively,whereas the absences of Lox1,Lox2 and Lox3 are controlled by the dormant genes respectively.There exists tight linkage between the genes controlling Lox1 and Lox2,with the linkage value of 7.77%,and the gene controlling Lox3 inherited independently.Besides this paper is an attempt to probe into the approach to breeding utilization of lipoxygenase isozymes null mutants.
