摘要
来自辣椒体内的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)BS-2和BS-1菌株对香蕉炭疽菌菌丝生长、分生孢子形成及萌发等有较强的抑制作用.接种病菌16d后,两菌株对香蕉炭疽病防治效果达34.0%(BS-1)-90.0%(BS-2),其中BS-2的防效比BS-1高.
The mycelium growth, conidia formation and germination of Collectotrchum musae were strongly inhibited by endophytic bacteria, BS2 and BS1(Bacillus subsitis), which were isolated from capsicum. The 34.0%-90.0% control effect was produced by the two strains in 16 d after inoculating the pathogen, and the effect of BS2 was better than that of BS1.
