摘要
田间试验结果表明:兑水浇施澳州SC27菌剂4.5和9.0L·hm-2可分别提高茄子、菜豆产量1.85-2.75和1.30-2.67t·hm-2,增产幅度为4.72%-7.02%和6.48%-13.31%,这与SC27菌剂可促进植株生长,提高叶片中N、蛋白质、糖和淀粉含量有关.SC27菌剂还可以增加茄子、菜豆中17种氨基酸含量,尤其是人体必需氨基酸含量及蛋白质、糖分、Vc、P、Ca、Fe、Zn等含量,降低NO-3-N含量,改善茄子、菜豆品质.
Field experiment results indicated that application of Australia microbial fertilizer SC27 with doses of 4.5 and 9.0 L·hm-2 in soil could increase yields of eggplant and kidney bean with a range of 1.85-2.75 and 1.30-2.67 t·hm-2, i.e. 4.72% to 7.02% and 6.48% to 13.31%, respectively. SC27 could improve the growth of plants and increase the contents of nitrogen, protein, sugar and starch in leaves. Meanwhile, SC27 could increase the contents of 17 sorts of amino acids, especially the contents of essential amino acids for human body, and raise the contents of protein, sugar, VC, P, Ca, Fe, Zn, but decrease the NO-3N contents in eggplant and kidney bean. So the vegetable qualilies were improved.
