摘要
从我国人体营养需求、国民饮食习惯及当前经济水平出发,构建出3个农产品营养品质优化数学模型,即营养最优配方、经济配方及偏好配方数学模型.依此3个数学模型编制出基于Windows的农产品营养品质优化利用应用程序.程序界面友好、简单易用,把日常菜谱也作为营养优化设计的材料,极具中国特色.本程序可用于指导居民日常饮食,亦可用于营养筵席设计.
Based on Chinese RDA, local dietetic habits and local economy conditions, three mathematic models, named the best nutrient combination model, the most economic model and personalized model, were created to optimize the nutritional value of agricultural products. A Windowsbased application was developed according to the three models. In the application, both raw material and recipe were employed as input stuff. It is practical as personal dietary designer or banquet designer.
