摘要 介绍了小波分析理论及小波变换的快速算法,并将它应用于提取振动攻丝动态切削力.通过对所获得的振动攻丝切削力(扭矩)信号进行小波变换,将动态切削力从中分离出来,并对分离前后的信号频谱进行对比分析.结果表明:经小波变换后的动态力频谱结构比未经分离的信号更为清晰,其特征谱线尤为突出.这将为深入研究振动攻丝动态切削力对整个系统的影响提供有力的工具. The theory of wavelet analysis and the fast algorithm of wavelet transform was introduced. The application of this theory to extract dynamic tapping torque was discussed. The dynamic torque was separated from the original signal through the wavelet transformation. The spectrum of original signal was compared with the processed signal. The results showed that the spectrum of the processed signal was clearer than that of the original one and the spectrum lines was more obvious. It was an effective tool to study the dynamic characteristics of the tapping system through the dynamic torque.
