摘要
利用甲醇、 5 0 %乙腈、丙酮等 6种极性不同的溶剂对蛇床子进行了索氏抽提 ,发现蛇床子的甲醇、5 0 %乙腈、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、氯仿抽提物对 3龄菜青虫的 AFC50 值分别为 3 .65 8、 0 .70 0、 0 .5 2 5、 1 .40 7、0 .973、 1 .95 8g/L。借助于柱层析技术对蛇床子的乙醚粗提物进行了初步分离 ,得到的 4号馏份、 5号馏份较其它馏份有较高的生物活性 ;对 4号馏份、 5号馏份进行薄层层析 ,发现馏份 4、馏份 5有两种 Rf值相近的物质。
Antifeedant activity of Cnidium monneri,a umbelliferae plant,was first reported in this paper.The air-dried and powdered plant was extracted with methanol,50% acetonitrile,acetone,ethyl acetate,diethyl ether,chlorform,and the AFC 50 of 3.658,0.700,0.525,1.407,0.973 and 1.958g/L were found respectively after the treatment of 24 h.The diethyl ether crude extract was separated by normal-phase silica column and five effluents were obtained,the fourth and the fifth effluents of which were proved to possess better antifeeding effects on the larvae of Pieris rapae L.Through HPTLC techniques ,the fourth and the fifth effluents were found to have two common substances according to the Rf values.
