摘要
利用RAPD技术对 2 8个月季品种和 2个蔷薇品种进行了遗传多样性分析 ,从 14 5个引物中筛选出 12个引物 ,可以扩增出清晰、稳定和多态性高的产物。其中 3个引物从 30个材料中扩增出 3个品种特异的RAPD分子标记 ,并将其中的一个成功地转换成了SCAR标记。利用筛选出的 12个引物扩增出的 6 5条多态性片段作了聚类分析 ,对这些月季品种的亲缘关系和进化作了初步探讨。
Variety identification and genetic diversity analysis of rose were studied using RAPD technique.A total of 30 individuals were analyzed,3 specific RAPD markers were found from 65 RAPD bands amplified with 12 primers.One of them was converted to SCAR marker.Phylogenetic relationships of the 30 individuals was developed based on phylogenetic tree conducted with UPGMA method.
