摘要
基于旱区范围扩大、旱情加剧的干旱趋势 ,以及水分生产潜力是变量而非常量的认识 ,提出“借助科学技术进步 ,强化对农田作物以水肥为主体的生活因素的调控力度 ,增进水分生产潜力 ,奠定旱区农业可持续发展的基础”的见解。进而提出现阶段中国北方旱区农田水分生产潜力增进的技术途径 。
Based on the increasing of dryland area,the intensifying of drought and the understanding of water production potential is variable not constant,the paper proposed that making full use of scientific and technological advances to get more power to adjust and control the essentials of plant living and to enhance water production potential will lay a foundation of agricultural sustainable development in arid regions Then it sets the main technical approaches of enhancing farmland water production potential in arid regions at present It is more approaches of enhancing water production potential that is very important to agricultural and rural economical sustainable development in arid regions of northern China
