摘要
分析了关中农业发展的有利环境条件和存在的问题。指出顺应农业发展趋势是关中农业发展的必由之路 ;以市场为导向 ,充分利用关中区域优势 ,实现农产品规模化、优质化、集约化、产业化是关中农业发展的方向 ;抓好农业基础建设是关中农业稳定持续发展的前提条件。提出了搞好产业战略布局和结构调整 ,发展集约化农业 ,推进农业产业化、市场化是关中农业发展战略决策的主要内容 ;培育和完善市场体系 ,适应市场经济发展 ,是关中农业发展的客观要求。
