Study on biological degumming for Apocynum venetum

经过筛选,从29株菌中获得5株对罗布麻脱胶效果比较好的菌,它们的脱胶条件是:温度34℃,时间24h或50℃,7h,pH9 0以上,菌液用量控制在菌液体积(ml):麻重(g)=3∶1左右。从脱胶纤维的分散程度、脱胶后的失重率和残胶率分析,进一步改善条件,罗布麻生物脱胶工艺的实际应用是可能的。

Through screening of 29 bacterial strains, 5 strains with better effects of degumming for Apocynum venetum were obtained The degumming conditions are 34℃ for 24 hours or 50℃ for 7 hours, optimal pH at over 90, the amount of the fermentation liquor was controlled at 3∶1 (the volume of the fermentation liquor: the weight of Apocynum venetum) Through the analysis on the dispersal degree of the degumming fibre, the loss ratio of the weight, and the residual gum rate, the result showed that the technique of biological degumming for Apocynum venetum might be used practically if the degumming conditions are improved
