摘要
为了适应月球车长寿命、高可靠性的要求 ,利用变载荷谱加速寿命试验方法对月球车驱动系统的密封副进行了寿命试验研究。在分析月球环境的基础上 ,研究了月球车密封材料的关键故障模式和故障机理 ,设计了基于温度变化率和驱动转速的加速应力试验剖面 ,建立了混合威布尔分布的综合应力加速寿命试验模型和统计分析方法。通过寿命试验 ,给出了月球车密封副在常规应力下的寿命特征 ,从而为月球车的设计和研制及月球车驱动系统密封配对材料的选取提供试验验证依据。分析结果表明 。
According to the analysis of moon environment, this paper presents the fault mode, failure mechanism and sensitive stresses of sealing material. On the basis of the analysis,the accelerated model,the accelerated stress spectrum based on the changeable rate of temperature and velocity are built out, and the hybrid Weibull model and its statistical method are established.Because the moon robot has some characteristics such as small sample and high test fee for high and low temperature, the synthetic accelerated life test can be used to simulate the moon environment,so as to reduce the test time and test samples and provide the life index under normal stresses. The results indicate that the method presented in this paper is effective and has many applicable values to life test for moon robot sealing material.
