摘要
分析了气固两相流风机的使用背景和存在的问题 ,通过对固粒穿过湍流和层流边界层时造成叶片磨损的比较 ,建立了风机叶片附近流场特性与磨损之间的关系 ,说明叶片附近流场的湍化程度高能减轻固粒对叶片的磨损 ,而由计算表明叶片表面加肋条能提高流场的湍化程度 ,因而能减轻磨损。在理论研究的基础上 ,通过固粒对壁面的冲击角与冲击速度对磨损率影响的实验研究 ,设计了耐磨风机 ,经实际运行 。
The background and problems of gas-so lid two-phase fan used in China are analyzed. The relationship between flow properties near blade surface and blade erosion is built up based on comparing the case of blade erosion when solid particles flow through turbulent boundary layer and laminar boundary layer. It is illustrated that the flows with higher turbulent intensity can reduce the blade erosion struck by particles, and blade surface with rib-welded can result in higher turbulent intensity so as to reduce erosion. The effect of attacking angle and attacking velocity of particle when striking blade on the erosion rate is studied experimentally. According to the theoretical analysis and experimental results, two kinds of anti-erosion fans are designed, new fans show a good anti-erosion property after practical operation.
