In this paper,the work principle of bluetooth technology is introduced and the characteristics of bluetooth technology is discussed.Several technological methods of monitoring and controlling of logistics is compared. Based on the bluetooth technology, we proposed the system structure of monitoring and controlling of logistics,and studied the implementing method and key techniques,and described the realization of data communication based on HCI layer in hardware and software.
