微包衣一元二氧化氯粉剂的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研制适用于野战情况下的二氧化氯一元化固体剂型。 方法 采用水溶性钝化剂对亚氯酸钠和酸性活化剂分别实施微包衣措施 ,生成一元化粉剂 ,该复合制剂溶于水时释放出有效二氧化氯。依据《消毒技术规范》观察该试剂的性能 ,并测试该剂型在饮水、餐具、环境以及杀灭生物战剂方面的作用。 结果 微包衣一元二氧化氯粉剂的溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞、炭疽杆菌芽胞以及HBsAg均有较高杀灭作用。用于饮水、餐具、环境消毒的二氧化氯溶液浓度分别是 1mg/L、5 0mg/L和 2 0 0mg/L。该剂型同时具有高稳定性、低腐蚀性以及无毒和低刺激性的特点。 结论 微包衣一元二氧化氯粉剂保留了二氧化氯的优点 ,且携带、储存和应用方便 ,可以杀灭生物战剂 。 Objective To develop a homogeneous solid preparation of chlorine dioxide for battlefield use. Methods Water soluble passivator was utilized to encapsulate the powders of sodium chlorite and acid activator with micro encapsulation technique,and thus a homogeneously powdered preparation was formed,which would release effective free chlorine dioxide when dissolved in water.The properties of the regent were tested according to the Disinfecting Technology Standard.And also were tested its applications to drinking water,dinner set,environment and fighting against biological warfare agents. Results This research showed that the homogeneously micro encapsulated chlorine dioxide solution had a powerful casualty effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis var.nigerspores,Bacillus Anthracis and HbsAg.The proper concentrations of chlorine dioxide in the solution were found to be 1 mg/L for drinking water disinfection,50 mg/L for dinner sets disinfection and 200 mg/L for environmental disinfection,respectively.The micro encapsulated homogeneous powder of chlorine dioxide was characterized by high stability,weak corrosiveness,weak stimulation and non poisoning. Conclusions The preparation retains all the advantages of the chlorine dioxide,and it is easy to be carried about,to be stored up and to be used.It was greatly potential to battlefield usage.
