摘要
文章研究了一种基于MAD(MeanAbsoluteDifference)的码率控制算法,通过对宏块的MAD、量化参数QP(QuantizationParameter)和宏块DCT(DiscreteFourierTransform,离散傅立叶变换)并量化后产生的比特数进行建模,导出一个线性模型,该模型有足够的精度可以达到稳定的码率控制。与TMN8的码率控制方案相比较,文中的算法相当简单但很有效,适用于对实时要求很高的场合。
A rate control algorithm based on MAD(mean absolute difference)is also prop osed.By modeling relation between macroblock MAD,the quantization parameter a nd the number of bits produced by DCT coefficients,a linear model is obtained. The model has enough accuracy to obtain steady rate control,and the algorithm c an be used as for-ward rate control to further reduce encoding latency.Compare d with TMN8rate control algorithm,the proposed algorithm is fairly simple but very effective,and suit for real-time communication scenario.
